By accessing or using OneFightMore(the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

  • Provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or third-party right.
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service.
  • Scrape or copy content for commercial use without permission.
  • Submit abusive, spammy, or misleading feedback or content.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

5. User content

You retain ownership of content you create on the Service (notes, journal entries, feedback, etc.). By submitting content marked as public (e.g. testimonials, leaderboard name), you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the Service.

6. Free tier & paid features

Most study tools are free. Paid courses and subscriptions, when offered, are subject to additional pricing terms shown at the time of purchase. Refunds follow the policy disclosed at checkout.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile or by contacting us.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or exam results. Course content is provided by instructors; we are not responsible for individual instructor accuracy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneFightMore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
