1. Eligibility

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account or making a purchase.

OneFightMore may restrict or refuse access where information provided by a user is false, misleading, fraudulent or unauthorised.

2. Account

Some OneFightMore features require an account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account secure.
• Not sharing your account with another person.
• Not selling, renting, transferring or lending your account.
• Informing OneFightMore if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

The availability of particular features may depend on the user's plan, subscription, course or account status. OneFightMore may modify, improve, add, restrict or discontinue features from time to time.

4. Free Services

Certain study and productivity tools may be provided free of charge. OneFightMore may modify or discontinue free features in accordance with applicable law. Use of a free feature does not create a permanent entitlement to that feature.

5. Premium Plans and OFM Pro

OneFightMore may offer paid plans, subscriptions or premium services, including OFM Pro. The features, duration, price and applicable conditions of each plan will be displayed before purchase. Purchasing one plan does not automatically provide access to every other paid product or service unless expressly stated. Premium access is personal to the purchasing account and is non-transferable.

6. Free Trial

Where OneFightMore provides a free trial:

• Eligibility may be limited to eligible users.
• A particular free-trial offer may generally be claimed only once per eligible user/account unless otherwise stated.
• Creating multiple accounts or using other methods to repeatedly obtain the same trial is prohibited.
• OneFightMore may use reasonable technical and account-related measures to determine trial eligibility.
• OneFightMore may cancel or restrict a trial where it reasonably believes that the offer is being abused.
• Trial access will end according to the duration displayed at the time of activation.

7. Payments

Prices and applicable taxes, where required, will be displayed before payment. Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways. You are responsible for reviewing the product, plan, duration, features and price before completing payment. OneFightMore may change prices for future purchases.

8. Payment Failure

If payment is deducted but the purchased service is not activated, the user should contact OneFightMore support with the relevant transaction details. OneFightMore may verify the transaction with its payment provider before activating access or processing a refund. Duplicate transactions will be reviewed according to the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Refunds and Cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the OneFightMore Refund & Cancellation Policy applicable to the relevant product or service. Users should review the applicable policy before completing payment. Non-use of a purchased service does not automatically create a right to a refund or extension, except where required by applicable law or expressly provided under the applicable policy.

10. Courses and Educational Content

OneFightMore may provide courses, videos, notes, questions, mock tests and other educational resources. Such content is provided for educational and examination-preparation purposes. Users must not:

• Copy or reproduce protected content without permission.
• Record paid content for redistribution.
• Upload OFM content to other platforms.
• Sell or redistribute paid resources.
• Share paid resources with unauthorised persons.
• Use OneFightMore content commercially without written permission.

11. Intellectual Property

The OneFightMore name, OFM branding, logos, website design, software, user interface, graphics, original educational content, courses, videos, questions, databases, analytics systems, AI implementations and other original materials are owned by or licensed to OneFightMore unless otherwise stated. Purchasing or using the Services does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to the user. Users receive only a limited right to use the Services for their intended personal purpose.

12. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Commit fraud or unlawful activities.
• Share or sell premium access.
• Circumvent premium restrictions.
• Abuse free-trial systems.
• Exploit website bugs for personal benefit.
• Manipulate leaderboards, analytics or statistics through fraudulent methods.
• Use bots, scripts or automated systems without permission.
• Scrape or systematically extract website data.
• Reverse engineer the Services except where permitted by law.
• Attempt unauthorised access to another account.
• Interfere with website security or operation.
• Upload malicious software or unlawful infringing content.
• Resell or commercially exploit the Services without permission.

13. User-Uploaded Content

Some features may allow users to upload images, PDFs, documents, notes or attachments. Users remain responsible for the content they upload and must have the necessary rights or permissions to use such content. Users must not upload content that is unlawful, malicious, infringing, abusive or otherwise prohibited. OneFightMore may remove or restrict content where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect the platform or enforce these Terms.

14. AI Features

OneFightMore may provide AI-powered features including AI tutoring, question answering, study planning, scheduling, task management and other AI services. AI-generated information may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for a particular situation. AI outputs should therefore be treated as assistance and not as guaranteed information. Users remain responsible for reviewing and verifying important information. OneFightMore does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of every AI-generated answer, recommendation, plan or action.

15. Educational Disclaimer

OneFightMore is an educational and productivity platform. Use of the Services does not guarantee examination qualification, any particular score, rank, selection, government employment, admission, or any other academic or professional outcome. Individual results depend on multiple factors outside OneFightMore's control.

16. Mock Tests and Analysis

Mock-test results, analytics, accuracy calculations, performance scores, recommendations and other analytical information are intended to assist preparation. Such information may contain errors because of technical limitations, data issues or other factors. Users should not treat such information as a guarantee of actual examination performance.

17. Website Availability

OneFightMore aims to maintain reliable Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, hosting issues, network problems, technical failures, cybersecurity incidents or third-party service failures.

18. Third-Party Services

OneFightMore may use third-party providers for payments, hosting, authentication, AI, analytics and other functions. Third-party providers may have separate terms and privacy policies.

19. Promotions and Offers

Discounts, coupons, referral benefits and promotional offers may have separate eligibility requirements and validity periods. OneFightMore may restrict or cancel promotional benefits obtained through fraud, misuse or violation of promotional conditions.

20. Account Suspension and Termination

OneFightMore may suspend, restrict or terminate an account for serious or repeated violations of these Terms, including fraud, account sharing, free-trial abuse, unauthorised distribution of content, circumvention of restrictions, security threats, illegal activity, or serious misuse of the Services. Where appropriate, OneFightMore may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.

21. Effect of Termination

Upon termination or suspension, access to some or all Services may be restricted. Refunds following termination will be handled according to the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law. Clauses relating to intellectual property, prohibited use, liability and dispute resolution may continue after termination.

22. Privacy

Use of the Services is also governed by the OneFightMore Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how user information is collected, used, stored and processed.

23. Communications

OneFightMore may send essential communications relating to accounts, security, payments, purchases, service updates and important policy changes. Promotional communications may be sent where legally permitted and may include an option to opt out.

24. Changes to Services

OneFightMore may modify, add, improve, restrict or discontinue features. Where a material change affects an existing paid service, OneFightMore will handle the change in accordance with applicable law and applicable purchase terms.

25. Changes to These Terms

OneFightMore may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on the website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Where required by law, material changes may be communicated through appropriate means.

26. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OneFightMore will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or unforeseeable losses arising from use of or inability to use the Services. This may include losses resulting from temporary downtime, third-party failures, technical issues, inaccurate AI-generated information or reliance on educational recommendations, subject always to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

28. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable law, disputes relating to the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts having appropriate jurisdiction over OneFightMore.

29. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law. Where any provision conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the applicable law will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
